About Geoff

My name is Geoff Neupert.

I have been in the Fitness Industry for over 15 years. I have worked in the field in many capacities: Personal Trainer, Business Owner, Division 1 College Strength & Conditioning Coach, Presenter, and Author. I love what I do, and I do what I love.

I have been “working out,” or training, for 20 years. I have had many successes and made many mistakes. I started as a road to recovery after breaking my arm wrestling. I’ve never looked back. I have competed in Powerlifting and Olympic Weightlifting. I also mess around quite a bit with kettlebells.

(Above is me teaching the Press to a group of approximately 90 people at the June 2008 Russian Kettlebell Challenge–RKC.)

I currently weigh between 215-220lbs at approximately 10% bodyfat, plus or minus a couple of percent. I have been as heavy as 252lbs and as ripped as just over 3% weighing 200lbs.

One of the things I’ve been very fortunate to have is a been surrounded by great teachers who have poured countless hours into my life and great colleagues whom I can bounce ideas off. I am very grateful to do what I do.
